A short check-in for your people, and a live picture of how your organisation is doing that you can act on. Individual answers are never visible to anyone. Results only ever appear as averages of five or more people, and that floor is built into the database, not a setting. It is the reason your people answer honestly.

What happens after you register
- Your workspace is created. About five minutes end to end.
- Set up your baseline survey. Nothing to write, the questions are already in it.
- Send it to your people by email or web link. Results appear once five have answered.
Worth knowing before you send it: the nine core questions are about work and wellbeing. Two further sections, about your people and about their health, are optional and sit behind their own consent tick. Nobody has to answer them, and nothing anyone answers is ever visible as an individual.
